Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items you wish to give back. We will not accept any cash on delivery packages.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We may also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please not that no refund will be applied if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
We will refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). If we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Please note that if your Gift Card gets lost, missing or stolen no refund of any amount is possible.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Please contact us as soon as you receive the order using this contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Damage” and include your order number, contact details and pictures of the damage.
We will also offer 100% refund if your parcel got lost or any item is missing, in this case we will fully refund the missing item. Please contact us with a picture of your parcel as a proof of missing items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and in this case we will offer full refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you will be responsible to send the item back and you will be charged any shipping costs to return it. If you wish to exchange for another variant of the same product or for different one - given it is unopened, sealed, in its original conditions and undamaged- please return the items as stated above and place a new order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our response. Your product should be shipped to: Realness of Beauty Via Carlo Poma 8, 46045 Marmirolo, Italy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
